Or what is it?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m reminded by the Mtata disaster that when the Jozana dam was constructed I was one of the Officials <br>who were liaison between McAlpine Construction and the Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-presto-player-reusable-display\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was privy to discussions, the maps etc and I remember that they indicated the pathway of water in the <br>case of damage to the dam.
